Southwest Christian Junior Volleyball was founded in 2007 by Southwest Christian High School head coach Greg Sayuk and his wife Tiffany. Both of them have extensive coaching and playing backgrounds and are committed to providing local players with quality coaching at all levels. Because of this, the Southwest Christian volleyball program has produced several All-Conference and All-State players, including several players that have continued their playing careers into college. Some of these players have gone on to become All-Americans and national champions at the collegiate level. Having originally started with only two teams (14's for junior high and 17's for high school), SWC Juniors has expanded to include players ranging from 5th through 11th grade.
